Electric Vehicle Battery monioring

I would like to monitor the battery in a moving vehicle to determin the kWh and kWp consumed by the battery bank in a normal days work. The vehicle is used in a logistics environment. The existing battery back is 48V, the storge technology is Lithium Ion and/or Lead Acid. Typical shift times are circa 8 hours. I would like a "box" that is connected to the battery terminals to read voltage and a DCDC clamp which reads current. The sampeling would need to be every 15 seconds with data stored locally in an SD card. The SD card would then be remnoved to read the data in CSV format at the end of a day's shift. If it is possible as an option to also record if the vehicle is moving, rather than stopped while the battery is discharging, this would also be useful but not mandatory.
Basically need something simple at the end of the day.
