Editing to an arduino code with two sensors (GSR and BPM)

I'm working on a project that uses an arduino board with biomedical sensors (GSR and BPM) and in the project I have to run both of them at the same time (one code), I have managed to come up with a code that runs both of them but the issue is if your wear the GSR sensor only it works perfectly but if you also test the BPM the results are bugged and both sensors stop working, the code is below and I need an expert the edit the code so both sensors work in real time perfectly, thank you.

** I'm not offering much for the solution because the code is already there and just needs small editing
