ESP32 reset after 60 seconds when network unresponsive

Need someone to add 2 pretty simple feature to our existing POS esp32 firmware.
1. Turn wifi strengt up to maximum strength.
2. Make the device restart when WIFI connection is lost for more than 120 seconds.
Thats it, should be a relatively simple task for someone with esp32/ Arduino experience.
