ESP32 easy code

Need a code that continuosly recording 10 min videos on the SD, when sd is full it ovrewrite the first video.
At power on the esp need to seek the wifi written in a supplicant, if it found that network it connects and starts a RSTP streaming along whit the recording on SD, if dose not found the network the wifi turn off and remanin the only the sd recording. All unecessary stuff need to be disabilitated (e.g bluetooth). Code really simple! one hour of writing max.
