ESP32-S3WROOM-1 Code for PC Button Box that i need completed in 1-2 days MAX!

I need someone to build out a ESP32-S3WROOM-1 code for a custom PC button box. I already have the schematic drawn, I just need someone to create the code perfectly. I have ZERO experience with coding and the bare minimum knowledge with how to use Arduino IDE, so I would need instructions on what libraires I may need to make this work. I have delt with several “engineers” here who said they could help but no one has followed through. This project is wayyy over budget and I’m not looking to spend more than $50 (if your willing to handle this for me at this price, my word is I will take care of you) to have this code made. That price is not to shame or disrespect the skill it would take to complete this task, however, I have been burnt by several freelancers here and on Fiverr and I’m not trying to have it happen again. The kind of person I am, if you take care of me, I will take care of you and that includes after you are done completing the task.
This button box includes about 23 various switches that you will have a schematic that’s already drawn. I do have some code wrote for this project but as I stated before, I do not not know what any of it means not do I know how to trouble shoot it. I would prefer someone in my time zone (EST) but am willing to work with anyone who is will to knock this out ASAP with no hesitation. IF this sounds like a quick and easy task for you, please reach out. I’m EXTREAMLY motivated to get this done and over with.
