ESP32 Voice-Controlled FM Radio

I want to turn a single ESP32 module into a fully-featured indoor alarm clock radio controlled by voice and touchscreen.: an FM receiver with clear audio from quality speakers, programmable alarms, and hands-free voice control for basic functions such as tuning, volume, and snooze and touch screen for advanced. The system should be able to be battery powered.
An idea to work from is to use the capabilities of an ESP32-S3-BOX3 SENSOR dock so we can implement motion detection and room temperature and humidity readings. And connect the FM receiver and audio system, maybe upgrading the battery pack and power source so it can handel a 20W to 30W audio system

Your job is to design both the electronics and the firmware. That means selecting the right FM tuner front-end, audio amplifier, microphone array, power stage, and any supporting components, then laying them out on a compact PCB around the ESP32. I expect a clean schematic, a production-ready board file, and a complete BOM.

On the software side, please deliver firmware (Arduino or ESP-IDF—your choice) that boots reliably, scans and stores stations, triggers alarms, and recognises simple spoken commands locally or via an embedded voice-assistant library. Wi-Fi should be enabled for future OTA updates, but cloud connectivity is not required in this first build.

Acceptance criteria
• Hardware: compile-error-free schematic in KiCad or Altium, PCB gerbers, and BOM with part numbers in stock at a major supplier
• Firmware: source code with clear comments, builds without warnings, and demonstrates FM playback, alarm scheduling, and at least three voice commands (e.g., “next”, “volume up”, “stop alarm”)
• A short video or photo set showing the prototype running indoors and meeting the above functions
