ESP32 NMEA TO TSIP(TRIMBLE)

I'm looking to establish serial communication between an ESP32 board and an existing system using the Trimble protocol. I need an experienced developer who can help me develop the code to enable the ESP32 board to communicate using the Trimble protocol. The communication also needs to be enabled to read NMEA strings.
The project only requires one ESP32 board to be connected, however, more than one ESP32 board could be used if necessary. The communication established should be over a serial connection, there is a GPS module that generates NMEA data and the messages should be converted to TRIMBLE TSIP out.
I'm hoping to find a Freelancer who has a wealth of experience in ESP32's and Trimble connectivity, and someone who can provide insights and solutions during the development process.
