ESP32 S3 Line Follower with BLE Control

I'm seeking a programmer to finalize the coding for my two-wheel line follower module, which utilizes an ESP32 S3. This project involves making the module controllable via a mobile app, specifically Dabble or MIT App Inventor.
Key requirements:
- Completion of the provided code to ensure compatibility with a Bluetooth-based app.
- Implementation of the line-following functionality.
- Use of Infrared (IR) sensor for navigation.
The project will involve working from a shared schematic and partially completed code. The ideal freelancer will have:
- Extensive experience with ESP32 S3 programming.
- Proficient in PlatformIO or C++
- Strong coding skills to complete the project efficiently.
Note: Arduino ide may not be sufficient for this task therefore esp idf or platformIO skill is required.
