ESP32 LED Strip Integration

Job ID: 40401361

Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 AUD

I have an ESP32-based project driving WS2812B addressable LED strips and I need the hardware side finished right away. The goal is to get a rock-solid, noise-free wiring layout, reliable power distribution, and level-shifting so every pixel behaves perfectly once the board is powered. Code is already rough-in; what blocks me is the physical integration—pin mapping, buffering, power injection points, and protection components.

Here is exactly what I need from you:

• Schematic (KiCad or Eagle) showing the ESP32, WS2812 data line conditioning, 5 V power rail, decoupling, and any necessary logic-level conversion
• Simple two-layer PCB layout that keeps signal integrity for a strip length of up to 5 m
• Part list that I can order immediately from common suppliers
• A quick bench test plan so I can verify the build as soon as the boards arrive

If, while wiring, you spot obvious firmware tweaks that will make the strip happier—timing adjustments, DMA usage, or FreeRTOS task isolation—feel free to flag them and I can fold them in, but the priority is the hardware itself.

Timeline is tight: I want Gerbers and BOM delivered ASAP so I can place the order this week. Once the boards come back, a brief follow-up session to confirm everything works would complete the job.
