ESP32 to KSZ9893KNX Ethernet Switch Setup

I'm looking for an Ethernet switch expert to configure and operate a KSZ9893KNX 3 Port Ethernet Switch to work with an ESP32.
Key Requirements:
- Primary Function: The primary functionality, is efficient data transfer across the network.
- Protocols: The switch needs to support and facilitate data transfer via TCP/IP, UDP, and FTP protocols.
- Connected Devices: The switch will primarily connect IoT devices, computers, and the ESP32.
Ideal Skills:
- Proven experience in configuring Ethernet switches, specifically the KSZ9893KNX.
- Proficiency in working with ESP32 and understanding of IoT devices.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, UDP, and FTP protocols.
I'm looking for an experienced ESP32 developer with expertise in multi-port Ethernet switch configuration and use. The project is to write the ESP32 code to configure the KSZ9893KNX-EVM device such that it can stream 100MB of data from the ESP32 via the RMII interface through the switch and out of Port 2 whilst at the same time a 100MB data stream is also routed from Port 1 to Port 2 See attached SVG block diagram
The project will involve creating a source code to configure the ethernet switch and to provide test data messages to verify the bandwidth of the RMII to and from switch port The project will also require the setting up of a test harness to stream data to and from Port 1 to Port2 at the same time. It is essential that the code is written to use processor resources efficiently as this code will be integrated into a bigger system that is using the Wifi interface and will collect data from various analogue and digital IO.
The proposed hardware uses KSZ9893KNX-EVM and ESP32-DEVKITC-32D boards.
Key requirements:
- Expertise with ESP32 programming and configuration
- Expertise in the configuration and use of multi-port Ethernet switches.

The finished project will include the Arduino source code, including source code for all library files. A build file and full instructions to compile all files from scratch must be provided.
I can provide a test PC with ESP32 and Ethernet switch connected on which you can verify and demonstrate the functionality of the code.
