ESP32 Gateway Software Development

I need a developer with experience in ESP32 programming to create software for me. The project is to develop a BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) to Wifi gateway, specifically for home automation and control.

Gateway:
- ESP32 with BLE, Wifi and LCD display
- Act as a BLE client/observer
- Serve as a Wifi MQTT client
- Serve as Wifi configuration server
- Connect and up to 5 BLE devices
- Types of devices can be any BLE device including Power Switch, Medical, Temperature sensors, Water level sensors, Weight or pressure sensors, etc
- Configure BLE interface to filter by MAC, scan/connect/disconnect, status display etc
- Configure Wifi interface to connect to broadband gateway
- Remote control for ON/OFF, set forward frequency, configure device etc
- Send data from BLE device at a configurable frequency

Remote Server (Simple demo server):
- Any machine running Python/Node/PHP server
- MQTT and Web service with security
- Store data into any DB (SQL preferred)
- Send configuration (JSON) into the Gateway remotely

Ideally, you should have prior experience with BLE and ESP32, with similar project. Your experience with any server stack, BLE, Wifi, and MQTT will be crucial to the success of this project.
