ESP32 S3 Dual Mode Webserver Development

I need a skilled developer to enhance my ESP32 S3 project. Currently, it's hosting a webpage accessible only in AP Mode. The goal is to reach it in both AP and STA modes, with a fallback to AP mode if no STA connection is established.
Key Requirements:
- Creation of an HTML form for entering Wi-Fi credentials, scanning networks, and saving information.
- The HTML form should include options for Wi-Fi network scanning, saving credentials, and displaying the IP address once connected to the user's Wi-Fi.
- In case of a lost Wi-Fi connection in STA mode, the system should retry the connection few times switching to AP mode if connection is not possible.
