ESP32 Coin Simulation for CCtalk

I am looking for an experienced professional who can create an Arduino/ESP32 sketch for a project.
This sketch should simulate a coin being inserted into a standard coin acceptor and send a "coin inserted" CCtalk message to the CCtalk main board.
- The solution will need to replace the current coin acceptor, which is an EMP 800.04 v5. complete with a working example sketch and wiring schematics for the ccTalk bus
- I will provide the technical specifications and communication protocol for the EMP 800.04 v5 coin acceptor.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ESP32 and Arduino, and a solid understanding of CCtalk communication.
