ESP32CAM timelaps + FTP upload

I'm looking for a freelancer with experience using ESP32CAMs who can help me with a timelapse project plus FTP upload of the resulting images. Specifically, I'd like to set up an ESP32CAM camera to take a series of images over a defined interval and then upload those images via FTP. The images don't need to be compressed before upload, but can be if it helps simplify the task. I am looking for a result in the form of image files.

Application should expose control panel allowing to configure network SSID + password of WiFi connection as well as FTP server,login,password and directory via web browser.
