ESP32 Bluetooth gamepad

I want to build a f1 wireless wheel with an ESP32, 12 push buttons, 4 rotary encoders and 2 mechanical end switches. the ESP32 must go to deep sleep to save battery power when no button is pressed for 10 minutes, any button pressed must wake esp32 from sleep. Bluetooth must connect automatically to PC/Xbox or playstation when wakeup. esp will be powered with an battery, popup or voice notification when battery reaches 20%.
