ESP32-S3 BLE/CDC Bridge to be completed in Arduino IDE

I need an experienced developer to help me port a BLE and CDC_admin script from ESP-IDF to the Arduino IDE specifically for the ESP32-S3 microcontroller. Here's what you'll need to know:

We have a code for the ESp32 which does compile in ESP-IDF it does open a serial port on usb device to read some number and it sends over BLE we also have already the BLE part made in Arduino IDE but what we are missing is the part which opens the port and read the serial data from usb device we reckon we shall add add cdc_acm on Arduino Ide we can share the project ESP-IDF and the BLE part already made in Arduino IDE. We will need then adjustment for ESP32-C3 after the completion
