ESP32/Arduino Firmware Update from c# windows App over Serial Port (via ESP32s USB/Serial)

I need a simple system setup that allows the user to select a .bin file in a c#windows application, then sends it down to a running Arudino based ESP32 project and become the new firmware (ie firmware update) using for example the update.h library. I have updated what I currently have, but it has errors that need fixing.
