Drive 2 dc motors using Arduino

I need to drive 2 dc motors using the L298n module and Arduino. Arduino code should run max forward, then delay, max backward, delay, and so on.
I am using a 7.4Lipo battery. I can able to run one motor but another motor (3-7.2V) is not running forward-backward. Is it less power supply or anything I am doing wrong. I need to run both motors with max rpm and then forward-backward. Let's talk.
