Draw circuit board for a simple music controller device

Hi,
this is a fun project because it is a music controller device with a simple design, using
code on a Arduino Micro, the code is already designed and running, I have a cardboard version I want to convert it to a plastic box with a circuit board.
Once a Arduino Micro is plugged it to the female socket on this cicuit board all connections are made, and Push buttons leds and Rotary encoder and potentiometer and Switch are functional.
I have a music controller project that is already functional at a breadboard level, using a Arduino Micro.
it is very simple 1 mirco arduino compatible female socket (to plug in a arduino micro into the board) 9 push buttons + 9 leds + 2 rotary encoders +1 potentiometer + Switch.
the connections diagram is available complet, and has been tested.
I need someone to convert this diagram to a drawing to make a circuit board with all connections.
So I can manufacturer this circuit board.
The circuit board dimensions shown are the smaller possible but can be increased if needed.
List of all components / Elements provided with circuit diagram.
This is my first project so I do not have a big budget, but it is easy because everything is ready
and functional, I will need to look at your work for a perfect finalisation.
