Download 'Arduino Cloud' data to PC

Project Description:
- I am looking for a freelancer who can help me download 'Arduino Cloud' data to my PC in real-time (about once per minute).
We want you to do this, and then share the source code etc so we can adapt it later, or get you to help us continue the project.
1. Set up hardware (This bit is super easy and should only take a few minutes).
- You should have your own Arduino board with a sensor (for now, any sensor will do).
- Create a free Arduino Cloud account, and share the username and password with us
- Get the Arduino to send the sensor data to the Cloud. Use a "Gauge" indicator to display the current value.
2. Get a PC to download the data (This is the bit we're really interested in).
- Now that you've got the data being uploaded, we want you to create a program, for a Windows PC which downloads the historical data and saves it locally as a .csv file. The program can be a command line/terminal program.
- One each line of the .csv file, the program should save the date, time, then sensor value (separated by commas)
When bidding, please mention a similar project that you've done and which language you'll use for the PC program. We'd prefer the software to be developed in C# using Visual Studio but can be flexible.
