VL53L1X Distance sensor TOF coding and accuracy
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
We require to measure the distance using TOF (VL53L1x) with 1mm accuracy and resolution with good repeatability.
The Sensor should accurately work in a rang 30mm to 270mm.
The object is white color 20 mm coin made of plastic with smooth finish.
Microcontrollers - Arduino or ESP32
Requirement : -
1. Sensor should measure the Object accurately for given rang.
2. High rate Sensor repeatability.
3. Sensor reading must not get effected with light /dark mode.
Accepted criteria: -
1) 0.5mm Accuracy
2) Must detect 20mm Dia object
3) Must have Repeatability
4) resolution 0.5mm/1mm
Deliverables
1) Must Give demo with similar object , and scale.
2) must share the source file & all information about the setting.
3) Must support remotely to implement in our system.
