Digital Circuit for Closed-Loop Control

I am looking for someone who can help me create a circuit diagram (using a breadboard) in conjunction with an RFID reader and a haptic motor, along with the coding. I believe it is pretty easy to do for most but for the life of me I cannot figure it out- likely trying to overthink it. I have an engineering degree, but it's in a very different field, although I wish I would a have considered this field instead as it seems a lot more fun!

The parts I have are:

I need
1. A diagram connecting the parts - I am using a bread board
2. Coding that would allow the use of the RFID tag to operate the motor.
3. Instructions on how to load it to the metro mini.

I know nothing (clearly) about this stuff but want to learn it. :)
