Development of spectroscopy for soil pH detection using machine learning approach

I use Arduino Uno as microcontroller and triad spectroscopy sensor AS7265X in my project. I already get the data from the sensor and the data is in unit μW/cm2. From this data i dont know how to change it to pH value using machine learning. I dont have any experience in machine learning and first time hear about spectroscopy. Anyone can help me ?
