Develop a GUI for an Arduino

I am looking for someone who might be able to help me with a GUI development problem. I purchased a Stone HMI touchscreen display but can not get it to work with my Arduino. I am using their new STW series HMI displays which sends commands via UART. I need someone who knows how to get the Stone display to communicate with the Arduino using UART?
