Design a daylight switch using ldr & arduino

I am looking for a freelancer to design a daylight switch using LDR (Light Dependent Resistor) and Arduino. The purpose of the daylight switch is to automatically turn on/off lights based on the amount of daylight.

Ideal Skills and Experience:

Requirements:
