DSP for filtering audio in ESP32 micro controller

We are building a prototype to record and collect sound. We are using MEMS microphone which uses I2S protocol to send data to ESP32 and from ESP32, we are using classic bluetooth to send audio data to mobile phone in realtime.
We want to implement DSP to filter out background noise and human voice.
