DIY Soil EC Salinity Meter using Arduino & Soil EC Sensor

I am trying to extract the data from a 3 in 1 soil moisture, temperature and electrical conductivity sensor. The sensor values can be obtained using commands from the Modbus register. I am using an arduino nano and a Max485 chip. I am receiving data but as my understanding of how to us the modbus commands is very basic I am unable to be sure that I am receiving the correct data.

I am looking for some very knowledgeable in Modbus to modify the code to obtain moisture, temp and ec from the sensor.
