Custom arduino device with RC function that plays a sound when the remote is pressed

I am looking for a freelancer to create a custom Arduino device with RC function that plays a sound when the remote is pressed. 2 versions would be ideal, 1 that is connected and powered by an RC receiver (like a remote control type) and can be added to the main control unit. And the other version is a long range push button remote with simple on/off. But also I want the option to simply flick a switch on the device and it plays on loop one selected sound.

Range: The desired range for the remote control function is long range, over 100 feet.

Sound: The device should play a pre-recorded sound when the remote is pressed.

Power Source: The device is connected and powered by the RC receiver.

Skills and Experience:

- Experience with RC devices and remote control functions
- Knowledge of sound playback and integration with Arduino
- Understanding of power source integration with RC devices
