Custom Visual Programming IDE for ESP32 DevModule with CH340C
Budget: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 INR
We are seeking an experienced developer or team to build a custom desktop application for ESP32 DevModule (with CH340C USB-serial chip). The application should feature a block-based visual programming workspace (similar to Scratch/Blockly) that converts blocks into Python and C/C++ code. It must include an integrated compiler, uploader, and serial terminal for seamless firmware development and deployment.
Key Requirements:
- Block-based drag-and-drop workspace with predefined blocks for sensors, actuators, and logic.
- Code generation in Python (MicroPython) and C/C++ (Arduino/ESP-IDF).
- Compiler integration and firmware upload via CH340C USB-serial.
- Real-time serial terminal with configurable baud rate.
- Save/load projects, export generated code, and provide example projects for each sensor/actuator.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience with ESP32 firmware development (Python & C/C++).
- Proficiency in Blockly/Scratch-style editor creation.
- Familiarity with PlatformIO, Arduino CLI, or similar toolchains.
- Knowledge of integrating hardware peripherals like motors, sensors, OLEDs, etc.
Deliverables:
1. Desktop application (Windows mandatory; macOS optional).
2. Source code with documentation (user & developer).
3. Packaged libraries/drivers for ESP32 DevModule.
4. At least 5 example projects demonstrating functionality.
