Custom GUI needed for Arduino touch screen

i am needing a simple multi page GUI for a arduino touchscreen to be used with a MEGA or UNO screen size to be decided.
It will need to store some very basic data and control about 5 relays on various delays based on a input from a IR sensor. and some other basic functions like counting.
If you know what you doing it should not take very long to do. There are no fancy graphics or anything but there will be multiple buttons and text boxes to display the various data.
