Conveyor Belt Stepper Motor Control
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I need to control stepper motors for a conveyor belt. The control system will be based on a microcontroller, specifically an Arduino.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Arduino programming and microcontroller systems
- Experience in controlling stepper motors
The arduino needs to control 2 motors, at the moment, shortly maybe some more motors, I'm thinking of using 3 potentiometers to control the rotations needed see description below.
Control needed:
# 1 - Control of the speed of the two motors (max speed 500rpm)
# 2 - Timer, the timer defines the duration of the cycle between 1min to 10mins
# 3 - Conterclock rotation, Adjustment of the pourcentage of time during which, Motor 1 and 2 will rotate in the reverse rotation
# 4 - start and stop, the cycle repeats until the run switch is deactivated
Smoothness of the acceleration and decelaration curves
Hardware
- aikoolwer Uno R3 yuanzhuang 328P
- motor drivers 57 Driver-HB808C
- Motors Nema 23 closed loop stepper motor 3Nm, 1000Line Encoder
