Convert ESP-IDF Library for TLC5973 LED Driver to Arduino IDE
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I am seeking a proficient developer experienced in both the ESP-IDF framework and Arduino IDE. The core challenge is the conversion of an ESP-IDF library for the TLC5973 LED driver to make it seamlessly compatible with the Arduino IDE and Arduino boards.
I'm currently facing issues with LED flickering when attempting to dim multiple colors simultaneously using the TLC5973 LED driver and a WT32-ETH01 microcontroller. My objective is to have smooth LED operations without any flickering, even when WiFi and Bluetooth functionalities are activated on the microcontroller.
Libraries in Reference:
miandehe/Arduino-TLC5973: An Arduino library tailored for the TLC5973: https://github.com/miandehe/Arduino-TLC5973
caffeine93/esp32-tlc59731-driver: A library made for ESP, employing the RMT function, and specifically designed for the ESP-IDE: https://github.com/caffeine93/esp32-tlc59731-driver
WS2812 driver Library with RMT implemenation: https://github.com/JSchaenzle/ESP32-NeoPixel-WS2812-RMT/blob/master/ws2812_control.h
LiteLED library .. This was mentioned by another developer as a library for a WS2812 LED driver (pretty similar type from another manufacturer and only 8bit): https://github.com/Xylopyrographer/LiteLED
Requirements:
The resulting library should retain all the functionalities of the original ESP-IDF library.
It must be fully compatible with the Arduino IDE and work seamlessly with Arduino boards.
Clear documentation on how to implement and use this new library in Arduino projects.
Highlight potential pitfalls or issues users might face during the library's implementation.
Skills and Experience Needed:
Profound knowledge in both ESP-IDF and Arduino IDE.
Lern yourself into the TLC5973 LED driver (incl. very detailed look into its datasheet for timings, etc.)
Proven track record in converting libraries from ESP-IDF to Arduino IDE.
Capability to deliver quality work within an urgent 1-2 day timeline.
Deliverables:
A functional Arduino-compatible library optimized for the TLC5973 LED driver.
Comprehensive documentation detailing its implementation and use.
For those interested, kindly share examples of your prior work related to library conversion, and specify your availability to fulfill this project within the given timeframe.
Thank you for considering this opportunity. I eagerly await potential collaboration!
