Control nema 17 with dmx ARDUINO,DMX Shiled -- 2

i want to control nema 17 motors with dmx. Direction and speed position. Essential to develop with arduino. I would like to solve it with dmx arduino shield and 4988 but in these cases I am open to other options.Possibility to edit the code, to map dmx0-255 to different positions. 360º 500º 720º ...Possibility of controlling several motors with one interface?
