Code to communicate an Arduino with other Arduino

I am looking for a skilled Arduino programmer to help me with a project that involves communication between two Arduinos. The details of the project are as follows:
I'd like a code to communicate an arduino by UART using a SERIAL USB HOST converter (CH375 or other) with another Arduino. I want a natural communication, so, the messages i send with one arduino i have to receive that specific message in the other without protocol characters in the result. Any question, let me know.
