Code a Raspberry Pi/Arduino Software for recording sound and playing back

The story;

1. Kid walks up the phone and hits the red (record) button to record his voice (song, story, whatever for up to one min) and releases the red button

2. He/she then hits the green (playback) button to listen to his voice (song, story, whatever for up to one min).

3. The next kid walks up and repeats the same thing however at this point it automatically wipes out the first kids recording.

Project:

Suggest a small computing device to work this on. eg Arduino or Raspberry Pi.

I will get these components: Speaker, Microphone, Small Computer device(Raspberry Pi or Arduino) and two buttons.

I need to record voice when user holds button 1. Recording max time: 1min & 30 secs.
The user than clicks on button 2 to play the sound.

There are a few key things here:
- The software should only use the button keys and there is no screen to navigation.
- Whenever the button 1 is held, the software should start recording a new voice. and if button 2 is clicked the the new recording is played.
