Code Arduino with RBG lights and vibrating motors to mimic a heart (60 Dollars)

I have attached all the parts I have right now, if more are needed i can buy. The basic concept is to have it mimic a heart beat, the first motor will pulse the the second motor will follow it. All the while the RGB lights will be changing colours smoothly while also pulsing. I have a battery and connecter so I would like for the device to be able to charge it and also run on its own. I am not sure if the parts will run smoothly together so I would like someone experienced and willing to do revisions and spend time on exactly what I need. I have added links to all the parts I have. Please do not waste your time thinking it will be a simple project or try bidding higher or wasting my time. Thank you. The project is 60 dollars..
