WS2812B Circular Clock based on ESP32 with camera

I need a PCB designer and possible coding for a WS2812B clock. It is similar to the attached image.

Basic Functions:
- WS2812B LEDs around clock, 60 for the inner circle, 12 for the outer circle.
- Text in front of the clock for the 'HR'.
- Buttons on the back for reset WiFi/set time.
- Button battery for holding the time when no power.
- Light sensor to 'dim downlight at night, and make it brighter during the day.

Advanced Functions: Integrated Camera module at the center of the clock.

Code Integrations:
- ESP32 WiFiManager (code exists)
- ES32 CAM remote viewer (code exists)
- Web Based page for modification of lighting.
- Adjust dimming (light sensor)
- WS2812 color picker wheel for setting, hour, minute, seconds.
