Card shuffling robot

I would like to build a card shuffling robot(like the ones in a the casino). Drop in a deck and it comes out shuffled and ready to deal. there are a few ways to do it that I have found on YouTube, ultimately I don't care which way it is built as long as it functions properly and can deliver a truly random card shuffle. I have technical skills and can assemble and install electronic pieces however I need someone to work with on the Codeing (C++ with Arduino board probably) and CAD design of parts to be 3D printed.
