Card Access Security system
Budget: $750 – $1,500 CAD
We need a program for the arduino MKR 1000 board as a card access system with 3-4 card readers with all features available in typical card access systems including schedules, holiday schedules, logging of all activity, ability to change, add and delete cards locally (on an SD card) as well as from the cloud so they need to by synced.
We started tinkering with this and have many functions already working but need to add some functionality and streamline or re-write some of the app.
Items to add are as follows:
- currently basic data is updated to a cloud mysql server we need that more funtional as well as encryption added.
- We need a cloud front end to manage all clients to be able to access only their information and update their card access hardware, meaning each device needs to be serialized and assigned to a customer account. each card access box right now has 3 readers as that is the limitation on the MKR1000's IRQ's but maybe you can figer out how to multiplex those to add more readers. Customers may want to add more readers so a second box will be purchased and that serial # needs to be added to their account as readers # 4, 5, and 6 (if 3 readers are max per box)
If you think you can do this for a reasonable price (as we have a budget) let me know and we can discuss the project further. A demo box has been buit for testing.
