Build me a high end Arduino graphical interface

I need assistance with a project. I am aiming to create a Windows interface that displays data from various sensors present on two specific boards:

The objective is to visualize atmospheric and motion data in a format similar to those used in space missions. For this rocket project, I would like to have the motion data linked to a 3D model on the interface. As the physical model rotates, the on-screen representation should reflect these changes in real-time.
