Autopilot boat using an arduino uno
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
This will require a quick turnaround!
I am primarily seeking help with writing the code in C++.
I am attempting to build an automated boat using an Arduino. The boat is just a normal RC boat size.
Using a HMC5883L compass and NEO-6M GPS for navigation.
Steering is controlled by using two motors, which speed up or down independently to steer.
I have some code which is not working properly, a draft sketch of what I want the circuitry to consist of and am seeking help to polish up both of these if possible.
The code must allows me to set 5 waypoints and then once the last waypoint has been reached, the motors cut out.
The circuit I have in mind consist of Arduino uno, x2 220 Ohm resistor, x2 Transistor P2N2222A, x2 Diode 1N4148, x2 DC Motor and 1 or 2 9V batteries.
