Automated Test Jig for Power Equipment
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I'm developing a test jig for various power backup systems, including UPS, power inverters, and battery backup systems. This setup will be based on an Arduino Mega board, employing a state machine and object-oriented programing methodology.
Key Aspects:
- The jig will test voltage ranges and load capacities of the equipment.
- The code must be structured in an object-oriented manner and function as a state machine.
- The jig will only need to display test results, rather than logging or storing them.
Ideal Skills: Proficiency in Arduino programming, experience with state machine coding, and knowledge of object-oriented programming. Prior experience designing test jigs or working with power backup systems will be highly beneficial. Experience in True RMS measurement using ZMBT101B and ACS712 highly desirable.
A prototype proof of concept which can control a 16 channel relay card and cycle through the state machine is already done. Need someone who can implement the True RMS measurements, make pass/fail determination and incorporate all this into the existing code.
