Ardunio Programmer for Musical Robotics Project

I'm looking to enlist the help of an expert Arduino programmer for a musical robotics project. The desired outcome of this project is to take Midi data and output physical vibrations. I have some ideas for components and sensors, but am open to suggestions. As far as my experience in Arduino programming and robotics, I'm a beginner. The project requires someone with a high degree of expertise, so if have experience with Arduino programming and robotics, I'd love to hear from you.
