Arduino: weather station and irrigation

I would like to build an arduino system (code and installation). I have a greenhouse I would like to automate. I have a manual cooling system based in temperature and humidity, it cool the greenhouse down using sprinklers that work with an Electric pump. I cultivate strawberries and they need a relation between temperature and humidity (https://cals.arizona.edu/vpdcalc/), so I need the crop a VPD between 1.5 and 1.8, that means as soon as the Vpd in the greenhouse reaches 1.8, I want the Electric pump and sprinklers start working until the VPD reaches 1.5 and the the Electric pump stop working. Besides that I would like to check all in my cell Phone. Is there someone that can do it. Thanks
