Arduino uno based counter for boat anchor chain

complete Arduino program to count revolutions of windlass (magnet sensor) and then multiply by variable number to arrive at a length of chain extended. Output to LED display. There will be 2 sets of inputs (2 anchors on boat) and 2 displays, both operating independently, often simultaneous. Program will count up and down and be re-settable by external button.
