Arduino project

I am looking for an experienced individual to help me create an Arduino project with the purpose of controlling home appliances. This would involve designing and constructing a system that can make decisions based on predetermined requirements and execute them as needed. The scope of the project is to include programming, wiring, and testing of the finished product. It needs to be completed as soon as possible. I will provide the necessary electric diagrams for guidance in making the system. The successful candidate should have a good understanding of programming and wiring peripherals to interact with a microcontroller such as Arduino. Technical knowledge in digital logic, interface communication and the ability to troubleshoot and debug the system will be critical skills to successful implementation of project.
