Arduino programming

I am looking for a programmer who can help me out with a project involving the Arduino platform. My specific project is about integrating sensors into a system that will move hundreds of shoes as in the attached file, and I’m looking for someone to help me out with the programming aspect. To be clear, I do not have all the hardware components necessary for this project – I am in need of advice on what I should purchase or print. As for my level of expertise, I’d say I’m a beginner when it comes to coding and the Arduino platform. I’m looking for someone who can help me out with the programming of this project and maybe even provide advice on what components to purchase.
