Arduino (other) control to create vibration in an object based on the feedback on its resonant frequency.

I have a project that would use an Arduino device to input vibration into an object and to read that object’s resonance using another input device, if there is one that will read that information.
So someone that knows about input and output hardware that will control and sense the resonance of an object.
Will be able to explain in more detail once I’ve reviewed the freelancers that are interested.
