Arduino mdb cashless -- 2

I'm looking for freelancer who have a strong knowledge in mdb protocol to communicate a vending machine with Arduino uno as a cashless device.
All what I need is to send a credit to the vending machine feom the Arduino then I will complete the rest of coding.
