Arduino mdb cashless

I'm looking for Arduino proffisional guy who can provide me with schematic diagram and working prototype for Arduino rfid cashless solution exactly like the below link

This link includes all code and libraries but the schematic diagram not clear for me because I'm still new in Arduino.
